Motel 6 Kirkland, WA - North Kirkland

It's nice.. The manager that dealt with me was absolutely incredible and I keep wishing she worked at my apartment... But id recommend this motel 6 over the rest, from Everett all the way down to Tacoma, those are just mediocre. This one was very professional, everytime I looked around the staff was working hard to keep the place nice. Hats off to the staff, to the manager. 10/10

Overall I really liked this motel the staff were friendly and the rooms were spotless. The area was very nice too with a beautiful walking trail and plenty to do within walking distance. I personally wouldn't stay here again because I'm health conscious and there is a 5G tower on the roof but if you don't care about that it's easily the best place to stay in Kirkland due to it's affordability, cleanliness, and abundance of nearby activities.

This motel has great rooms and great people. Chelsea and Jill are the most honest and nice people ever. They are in a class all their own. The maid staff are very kind and make sure you have everything you could need. If you want a great motel stay, this is the only place you will need to go to. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Thank you all so much!

Friendly service from the Front Desk team, great room accommodations at a budget friendly price. Appreciate the manager Cathy for all she does, have heard many wonderful things about her service and operations. Room amenity; the TV in our room is new with some premium channels available and there are upgrades all throughout the room, indicating remodeled modern furniture, lighting, and decor. Love the bigger mirrors for getting ready and lots of counter space. Room was clean but even though I booked non-smoking, still experienced a smoking smell during my stay. I enjoyed the coffee pot in my premium room it made a decent cup, and the coffee available in lobby was even tastier. Really liked the reception employees attention and how they immediately addressed my concerns about another guest smoking near my room on the balcony, as there's no weather stripping on the door so the smell came right inside through the gap. The accessibility of the elevator has been a huge convenience with bringing luggage to the room or getting around during my stay. Large parking lot with plenty of spaces available. Also very convenient with a neighboring Shell station with Jackson's mini mart adjacent to the motel, and the vending hall property amenity is 24 hours straight down from the elevator. If it had good weather stripping on room door I'd rate it 4 stars rather than 3, but I can hear a lot of highway noise with no noise buffer from the gap. Also experienced a slow drain on the sink. Springy mattress not the most comfortable but great, supportive pillows make up for it somewhat. Shower maintains good heat with medium pressure. Convenient location is close to Totem lake shopping center and Fred Meyer nearby. Everything you need within a close vicinity made staying for the week enjoyable.

Good rooms. Good price. Good staff. Seriously though. For the price it ticks all the boxes. Beats paying $300 a night so you can get a robe and slippers. Staff were super nice. Thanks to you folks.

Room 308 was pretty nice with a TV, good wifi speed, a TV, minifridge, and microwave, and a decently sized shower stall. Nice lighting. The twin beds were comfortable , and the pillows were springy and had reasonable loft. Parking was good too. Traffic noise from the nearby freeway was everpresent, and the weatherstripping on the door wasn't the best, but it didn't bother me sleeping with a white noise machine and earplugs I brought with me. It was fairly expensive at over $100/night for four days after taxes, but it's not like neighboring hotels were any cheaper :/

A lot nicer than some hotels in the area we've stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are nice, but bare. Things feel new, the TV in the room was 4k, but there's not much else to it. No soap included in the shower, no extra blankets on the bed, no microwave in the room though there is a microwave and a set of laundry machines on the first floor for anybody to use. Staff is super friendly, both the maids and the people in the front office. They sold me some laundry detergent when the vending machine broke and refunded me for the trouble there. You get what you pay for here, but the staff make it a good experience overall where there are shortcomings. If you're in need of a pet-friendly layover this is a good spot.
